Coaches must meet with the Athletic Director and club sponsors must meet with the Assistant Principal/Booster Club liaison.
Funding requests are due one week prior to the next Booster meeting, which are the second Wednesday of every month. When you click "submit," the request will be sent to the Athletic Director, Assistant Principal/Booster Liaison and the Booster Club President & Treasurer.
Please plan to have 2-3 representatives from your club/team make a presentation at the Booster Club meeting when your request is scheduled to be considered. This presentation should include:
Requests are voted on by all Booster Club members in good standing in attendance at the meeting. The club sponsor/coach will be notified after the meeting about the results.
Requests may be approved or deferred, or may be funded in part.

Funding requests that CANNOT be supported by the Booster Club include:
